Exterio Rattan's standard wholesale terms: 1x40'HQ container MOQ (mixable across product lines), 45–60 day production lead time, 30% deposit / 70% against B/L or L/C at sight, and every shipment kiln-dried to 10–12% moisture content to prevent transit mold.
Our baseline order is one 40' High-Cube container, about 68 CBM. Unit minimums per model are shown on each product card, for example 30 to 60 units on chairs and 150 to 300 units on baskets.
Yes. You can mix up to 6 to 8 different product lines across baskets, occasional chairs and dining tables in a single container. We pack nested baskets inside sofa and armchair voids to maximize the cubic meters used.
Our monthly export capacity is 25+ full container loads. Production for a standard order takes 45 to 60 days.
We use Cirebon Kubu Grey rattan, Natural CL toasted rattan, solid Manau cane poles and certified recycled teak, all sourced under the SVLK legality framework. Kubu Grey rattan is cured in clay silt ponds for 4–6 weeks to create a weathered ash-grey patina. Manau cane poles of 28–35mm are steam-bent for chair frames and arches, and recycled teak is reclaimed from traditional Javanese timber structures and kiln-dried.

Standard production lead time is 45 to 60 days from deposit confirmation to container loading. Custom OEM runs are scheduled after sample approval.
We load containers at the Port of Tanjung Priok in Jakarta, on FOB terms.
Every item goes through a 72-hour convection bake at 55°C–65°C, and digital pin-meters confirm moisture content of 10%–12% before packing. We also place 2kg container desiccants every 2 meters inside the sea container.

Rapid prototyping takes about 10 days. You approve the physical counter-sample before production starts.
Yes. We supply private-label hangtags, UPC barcodes, retail color carton stenciling and 5-ply export master cartons drop-tested for ISTA compliance.
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit on the proforma invoice and the 70% balance against a Bill of Lading scan, or an Irrevocable L/C at sight.
