From CAD tech pack to 40'HQ container dispatch — how custom and private-label orders work at our Cirebon factory.
Exterio Rattan is an OEM rattan furniture manufacturer in Cirebon, Indonesia, running rattan furniture private label programs for retailers, importers and hospitality buyers. We take your CAD tech pack or reference sample, build a physical prototype in 10 days, brand and pack the goods to your retail specification, and load them in mixed-cavity containers from Port of Tanjung Priok.

Send your tech packs, reference links or target shelf measurements. Mr. Andy checks framing tolerances (±5mm) and optimal nesting ratios, and we confirm the container mix in your quotation.
Our master weavers shape a physical counter-sample in about 10 days, using your chosen weave gauge, custom canvas liners and color stain formulas.
Once you approve the sample, we finalize private-label hangtags, UPC barcodes, retail color carton stenciling and 5-ply export master cartons drop-tested for ISTA compliance.
Standard production takes 45 to 60 days from deposit confirmation. Every item is kiln-dried to 10%–12% moisture content and inspected before packing.
We pack nested baskets inside sofa and armchair voids to minimize dead freight space, and load the container at Port of Tanjung Priok, Jakarta on FOB terms.
Our catalog baseline is one 40' High-Cube container (about 68 CBM), mixable across up to 6 to 8 product lines. Unit minimums per model are shown on each product card. Quantities for custom and private-label runs are confirmed per project in your quotation.
Rapid prototyping takes about 10 days. You receive a physical counter-sample made with your chosen weave gauge, liners and stain formulas before any production starts.

Changes to weave gauge, liners, finish and stain are handled in the prototype stage. Structural changes that need new framing jigs are reviewed at CAD intake and priced in the quotation, with framing tolerance held to ±5mm.
